I think this is where it has went wrong! I used the TD flywheel housing, which dosent have a slot at the bottom for the pin? What is ur suggestion to overcome this problem. Cheers

What is the best way to go about checking/ setting the fuel pump timing without taking the timing case off?

Errr changed the timing belt and set the timing and turned it over twice and it lined up.

Hi I have completed a 200tdi conversion into a 90, started to bleed the fuel system etc and the engine seems to be running rough and putting out a lot of white smoke which smells like unburnt fuel. Any thoughts? Ry@n
