All of them? Every gear selector light? And how do u remove them from a sealed unit? Anyone with a brain please.

This might sound odd but, are the mirrors connected in any way to the gears? The reason I ask is, someone took my mirror out as they drove past. I replaced it but it only moves left and right now and not up and down. If the wiring is damaged could it be related?

all fuses are fine and theres no burning, anyone got any ideas please, what is with the xyz switch ? how do i tell if its faulty ? what are the symptoms? how do i check it?
