Hi tony I've not spent anytime on the 200tdi but alot on the 300tdi and it sounds like the turbo bearings could of gone, and this is where the oil would be going. Check the free play at the compressor wheel on the turbo if it's excessive that's probably your problem, also check for oil in the...
