700 inches is enough to kill someone in a 2.5ton range rover with NO BRAKES.

This has happened to me. Mine was a poor battery connection in the fob. Between unlocking the door and starting the engine, if the fob battery has disconnected, even for a second, it won't fire up. It's easy to damage these connections when fob batts are changed.

Beat me to it...was going to ask the same thing. The new headlining route is sounding the the best option.

It is a GEMS, but I cant see a way around removing the plenium cos its in the way. Does that need a new gasket? My main question is about torque settings. I'm a clumsy idiot and will probably crack something.

Hi, Hi have the odd drop of oil coming from from one rocker cover gasket. On the side where all the air flow stuff is. Have ordered gasket kit, and collecting from parts shop later. Is it a griefy job? Are torque settings an issueon the rocker cover? Is this a symptom of another problem? Ady

OK....bought lead of ebay, plugged in laptop and reset EAS. All works fine now.... I'm sure these things are in built to prop up up dealers with needless servicing. Still all working for 23 nicker.....yay
