hi, if its any help, i bought a syncmate about 8 weeks ago from tawpark, and it did exactly as they promised, from delivery to my door, i had the car running in less than 10 minutes.

am i right in thinking the socket it needs to plug into is under the glovebox, i have not looked yet so not sure what it looks like, but i did have someone plug a laptop in under there once to remove an air suspension alarm message.

not any help, but mine is very similar, until the engine warms up, then the vibration seems to go away.
