Crazy Crazy Lady, if the garage tells you 30 they mean 20, 20 they mean 10 etc etc, as you've have been told if you need to ask dont buy and as you want to know the MPG for tax purposes work it out like this 30mpg less tax 20 mpg more tax 10 mpg more than mare tax. I know, I Know I am a genius...
