Only reason i'm going to change oil is that the gear stick becomes quite tight and sticky on a long run with no gear changes (i.e. motorway) but frees up again after a few shifts between gears. So do u reckon this evo1 is worthwhile and will it solve my problem

changed spring this week easiest spring i've ever done. jacked up and put axle stand below chassis. just unscrewed bottom two bolts holding shock to axle and pushed shock up as far as it would go. removed old broken spring and inserted new one, reconnected shock. simple. left hand spring and...
