To be honest, it sounds like the engine is heavily worn, 1 or more of the pistons could be cracked which would cause a huge amount of Crank Case Pressure and that pressure will find anyway to get out of the crankcase, pushing oil seals out and pushing the dipstick out. Hi Why do you urgently need a fuel pump? I replaced my fuel pump because it was leaking. All I know it's a Lucas CAV fuel pump. I bought my fuel pump of eBay second hand and it's been fine :) Hope that has helped? Cheers Chris

Looks like your timing Case is leaking oil. Your Main front Crankshaft or Camshaft oil seals have failed. We had the same problem. You will have to strip your timing casing, remove the timing belt and all timing gears and refit. Alot of work, but it can be done Good luck Chris

Yeah thats what i thought. There my be some **** in the pipe, well enough to block the pipe but i havent touched the fuel systerm and she has been fine, went to santer pod and back fine with no problems. So fingers crossed she is ok :) :) :) :) Cheers people Chris

Yeah thats your problem, that was our thread. The diaphragm was split so it was feeding the turbo with Diesel! Diesel was going through the diaphragm, through the Boast Pipe, then into the Turbo. Easy job to do, just 2 bolts on the side of the Fuel pump King Regards Chris B
