sorry to change subject but was wondering if your nanocom could help sort my cruise problem cheers

bought kit to fit cruise but wont work hoping nanocom might put me in right direction

could anybody tell me if a nanocom could sort out a problem with cruise on a 99 td5

cheers for the ideas but nobody on list in my area wanted it for my holidays on thursday but running out of time, will have to try when i get back thanks again

was wondering if anybody who has fitted the switches to td5 disco has had theirs chipped , dont know if that could effect it

to jason,if you check i have said all along it is a td5 disco and said i checked vacuum pipes because i was advised to,i am learning as i go

no first ive heard of it can you buy and fit switch easy

just checked ,they do why???

thanks i can cross wrong ecu off list just have to keep trying dont know whats worse, not having it or looking at the controls and not working

thanks i now know the 99 ecu does work with cruise cant imagine they would change ecu for factory fit cruise

still no further with cruise control on disco td5 99 now been told ecu wont work for cruise till 01 can anybody help its taken over my life

it is a td5 disco so it does

yes very easy but mine must be the only one one that wont work

i know now but dont what to try next everybody else seems to just plug and play never was lucky

starting to go mad now trying to get cruise control that i have just put in working checked vacuum pipes and various connections but no luck now wondering if chip that is fitted could make a differance can anybody help please or suggest anything to try

yeah wondering now if the performance chip could effect it
