thanks all for the replys, the pump is the otther one not the dizzy looking type, and the heater plugs did have a resistor but that has been bypassed. i reckon it mite be pulling air back as one of the injector seals was leaking so i replaced the lot, bleeding was a nightmare the battery went...

you do want to be careful doing anytink to the chassis i no on a hgv you carnt weld to a chassis and can only drill 2 inchs away from any corner part of the rails/box sections as doing so weakens the chassis causing a rite off, not sure on a class 4 vehicle if this is the same i would speak to a...
