    P38 Rangey EAS Problem

    N151 SDW A 4.6 HSE on gas is now running well with no recurrence of the fault. The suspension does not sink over night and seeems to be in good health. The engine seems ok mileage now 238,874 miles. I must be living on borrowed time.

    My trusty n151 sdw P38 has experienced EAS problems which I seem to have resolved while I try to find out the reason for the problem. I returned home from a run to Gatwick [520 MILE ROUND TRIP} with the rangy in extended high.The following morning on starting the car it lowered to the bumpstops...

    Just joined the site , feel soorry for all the sad people who love defenders : P38 Range Rover 4.6 on lpg close to 232,000 miles owned for three years and 40,000 miles. Off to South of France this summer to rack up some more miles. Only one gripe lpg tank too small for long range cruising still...
