Where about's?
I saw it/one of them near Camelford 9th April 2007. Got a good 4 or 5 minutes of looking through my little Russian telescope at it, it looked really relaxed and at home.
Are there a lot of converted V8s out there? What sort of economy do they give? And can you get gas in enough places in Cornwall? Also, would it have a big gas cylinder hogging the space in the back? As I do need a lot of space.
No comparison, I had a 1969 SWB 2.25 and I had an Escort 55 van, I know which one I prefered. The Landy bug is calling me, I do a lot of miles though!?
P.S Ive seen the real Beast of Bodmin.
Hi, Im Alec (Gibbs) I don't have a Landy at the minute but I want one again soon. I did have a 1969 series III (a?) I loved it. Your forum looks great, I'll be up to speed and asking silly questions soon.:)
