The oil came out of the drain plug. It must have got knocked off or something similar happend to it. 'steamcoster' Where are you in the UK. If the Gearbox is bust i would not mind comeing to buy yours (depending where you are). The gearbox is a LT77 by the way. DC

Marcus The LR gearbox had dumped all of its oil over the road outside my Grans. It seized up about a mile down the road. My Brother let it cool down and drove it gently back to my grans where he called the AA to get him back to Wales. Any idea what might have gone wrong other than it siezing up...
