hi all hope someone can help ive got a g reg rangerover v8 auto drove home last night all was fine jumped in truck today and ive lost all drive no matter were i position selector any thoughts anyone please

tc does lock up oil gearbox oil was red almost clear and thin like water

hi all hope someone can help got 300 tdi auto towed caravan this weekend about 8 miles into journey gearbox oil temp light came on so stopped and felt oil cooler witch was hot as was pipes going to it had a fag them felt them a cain and they were stone cold so set of again about a mile later...

well im going to bite the bullit and order one of those chips of ebay ill keep you informed how it goes

i put rr classic seats in my 200tdi the back ones went straight in the frount ones i had to remove arm rests and made a frame to bolt them to but boy it was worth it changed the comfort altogther

its a 1997 auto i found a firm thats selling performace chips for the 300 tdi on ebay for about £90 they claim it improves your mpg and can take it upto around 154 bhp witch if works would be helpfull expecaly when towing

hi has anyone brought one of them performance chips that gos in the ecu thats surposed to improve performance and mpg im thinking of getting one but wondered if anyone else has and has it improved much cheers andy

i dont understand the ratio thing if i had to change transfer box what would be the best box to go for to bring it back to somewere near what it should be cheers andy

egr has been blanked intercooler cleaned havent done sedimentor though racing around without caravan the truck gos like billy wizz i only noticed she tows **** at weekend when we went off its asif shes all rev no go if that helps cheers andy

hi yes caravan has had service and the old mans grand vitara tows it tidy my mates standerd disco tows it fine witch makes my think ive changed my gear ratio putting the bigger wheels on

ive only owned it a week had a v8 110 for the last five years first time to fill up went to petrol pump out of habit andy

if i embarrass myself and confess i filled it with petrol instead of diesel by mistake it wasnt until engine started playing up and having no power to hardly drive even with my foot to the floor i realised what i done i emptied tank replaced fuel filter then found this problem with gearbox would...

ill change oil and filter hope it works will the running of gearbox change that quick also what is edc and how to you now if yours has it cheers andy

hi all i ve got a 97 300 tdi auto xs witch has started playing up when you put it in drive or 1st youve got to rev it then it snatches into gear then wont go into top gear no matter how high the revs are can someone please help cheers andy
