hi guys, got myself in a bit of a mess, just removed the o/s/r brake disc and hub assy from my '94 300tdi disco and do'nt know how to seperate them, Haynes simply says "seperate them".... car on axle stands in mother in laws garage, diff oil on floor and promised to move it today, aaaaaaargh...

thanks, i'll have a look, i used to have a 2.8 trooper years ago and filled the box with a largish syringe...took bloody ages!!!!!:eek:

Hi guys, I'm about to replace all the oils on my 300tdi discovery, amongst a few other jobs, I've heard that filling the gearbox and transfer box are a nightmare and that a pump is needed.......surely not? Any ideas chaps?

Hi paul, yes the 300tdi was introduced in '94, mine's a '94 on a 'm' plate! :) They are known as the '95 model.
