Reg P692HKO stolen Forestrow eastsussex late on 25/1/2013 early 26/1/2013 has been seen travelling along a272 through Buxted towards Heathfield. It is blue in colour . have photos.

I have a series 3 2.25 swb I thought they were capable of towing 3.5 tons yet the plate on bulkhead says only 2 tons is this correct?
