Not yet no, i'm looking for a good low mileage 2nd hand box, recon they want between £700-£1600 + VAT!!! So my plan is to get a good 2nd one, and then attempt a recon on my old one myself

I have a '92 RRC 3.9 V8 standard bar bull bars running boards, LPG conversion,and some insa turbo's

they do yes, but a battery of that size will be quite a bit more, what you could do is phone up partco get a price, then phone up kwik fit( as we use partco for our bits) and ask them for a quote and them give them the price you were quoted from partco -£5 or £10 ;)

i'd be inclinded to use the 325tds lump as they were 150bhp(iirc) and the 325td and omega were only 115(again iirc). i had a E36 325td and that was auto and gutless as hell(just one thing to think about) HTH Shaun

My ZF4HP22 box has lost reverse gear......What sort of price should i look to pay for a 2nd hand box or mine reconn'd? As i have had some silly quotes from £450 for a 2nd unit supplied and fitted up to £1600 for a recon any help will be very much appreciated Cheers Shaun

Hi all i have a 3.9 V8 auto RRC with Lpg conversion, it has twin under sill tanks, what sort of off roading can be done with this set up? also what would need to be fitted to be able to wade through fords and the "lakes" we get on our country roads round here? Cheers Shaun
