    Thanks Wesley, and I see my error now. I know that 140 can't be doing it well. I parked it immediately after the first run and will be draining it this weekend...replacing with the proper fluids. Lesson learned. -LK

    I was under the impression that it was because the gears/layshaft/mainshaft were shlogging through thicker (85W140) weight oil...
