I don't have the T5 anymore or my Landrover but still follow both cars. Land Rovers can be just as much if not more fun than other cars and the parts are readily available and cheap. Mike

The engine runs a little uneven, sort of chugs at idle. I've replace points and plugs and adjusted valves, I've stripped the carb and cleaned it but adjustment doesn't make much difference to running. Is it time for a replacement and if so where can I get a cheapish one? Mike

I need a replacement alternator, can anyone suggest a good cheap source? Tried scrap yards (sorry I mean salvage!) but they don't seem to have any. I suppose its one of the least scrapped brands. I've been told a Montego one will fit. Any ideas? Mike
