Hello all I have a 2001 disco td5 10p I believe. It has this weird air/ vacuum diff lock system that switches it on and off via a actuator looking thing (sorry I’m new to discos) how can I remove this method and use it manually any help or advise would be appreciated thanks

I’ve checked all connections and there fine I’ve only just purchased my td5 under the bonnet is very muddy and the alternator is covered in mud I’ve tried another good battery same thing the battery light is on while it was ticking over I took battery lead off and it cut out so indicates to me...
