Yes I understand the logic on that , I have been told to look/check earth's as well so I will go through these points and hopefully one will be the reason for the issue , thanks very much

Hi All , full rebuild of 300tdi 90 , new fuel gauge and new tank sender , all wires good all connections clean , fuel gauge reads empty and I can only put £30 of diesel in , so approximately still half full , I have tried another sender and gauge, any ideas please ?
