Yes the Turbo which is currently fitted came off my 15P ( Presuming they are the same ) which had only done 4K since being reconditioned as I have gone Hybrid Turbo and bigger cooler etc on my 04 Td5 Manual ! Which also has No Egr, No Cat, Maf mapped out and has 0 issues and goes like a dream ...

Yes in regards to the actuator, I've tried the rod adjustment from 8 threads to 13 threads and no difference, spools up quicker low end with less threads but no difference at the 3K mark ! But I'm yet unsure if the Air flow circuit fault could cause this ? With the Maf disconnected & connected...

Hi all I've got a 1999 Discovery Td5 10p Auto, recently it's developed a issue where it won't rev past 3K revs on full throttle, fault logged on Nanocom is Air circuit fault (logged low) On Nanocom it shows a air flow of 4.3 with ignition on, start the vehicle and goes back to 0.0... So far...
