This may sound ridiculous but my 2013 Freelander 2 TD4 shows reduced traction error message when my windscreen washer fluid is low. Discovered it two years ago when I thought I would have to spend big after just replacing the clutch. Thought it was mad but same problem today, ran low on washer...
