Thanks problem resolved. Freelander operational again.

OK problem solved. But new starting motor still not turning engine. Just clicking. Did notice the connection to the solenoid looked corroded. So will have a look.

Have tried ass up as previous post said but having problems.

Got the darn thing out now the p[problem is getting the new one back into position. Any tips?
