Where can I find the shared sorry to be a pain

Please can anyone tell me where the timing marks are for our freelander 1 td4 we have to replace the cylinder head. But can not find the marks to remove the old one safely

Freelander 1 td4 2 glow plugs have snapped in head. Can u remove head whilst engine in the truck still????
