You’ll need to Start, stop your engine about 3 times afterwards and then the Timed Climate option will be available 👍

I know it’s been a while but I hope you got this sorted. Timed Climate is on the system settings menu. You have to enable Park heating AS WELL, to get the new menu option to come on. Here are the steps to follow using the GAP tool.

FINALLY! Got my new GAP IID Tool 🥳 Bought it from Island 4x4 for £399 plus vat. First thing I did was change the CCF and enabled my DRL’s to Scandinavian (front and rear) mode.
