Hi, my td4 2005 doesnt start. The electric door locks make a click sound before trying to start. Any ideas whats the thing?

What is the issue if the blower fan dies when starting the engine? Sometimes the blower wakes up for a few minutes, and clicking sound of relay can be heard. This happends only on highest speed (4) 1,2,3 are completely gone while engine is on. All the levels works normally as long as the engine...
