The house belongs to both of us rather than having half each, I think it's called shared ownership rather than joint or the other way round , when one dies the house belongs to the other. I did try and leave my half to someone in my will but it isn't possible while the other party is alive.

I will get it if she goes first that's why my son is doing this so he at least gets half the house from her when its sold cause we'll be divorced If she dies before the divorce he's stuffed and I get my all of house back

Going to engage a divorce legal eagle, only option I have really Prob take three months but got one with a fixed fee

Done that, offered for her to sell house and buy a flat and we split whats left but she refused because I want the flat in joint names

We've been married 55 years and apart for 10 It's my son trying to get the house off us, he's manipulating her She was quite happy living in the big house we both bought for cash in 1985 and me in my bungalow. It's not going to end well for either of us I'm afraid :(

Lots of moss in my lawn this year, I blame the wet weather, cant get rid of it. I got it all out a few years ago but next door used to cut his part down to a millimetre and so the moss crept across into mine, he's dead now but his moss isn't :)

It's straight forward really, she'll be homeless because I will want the house sold and collect my share She will get half of the money from the house and so will loose her pension credit and have to pay council tax and for her dental etc.. I'll stay much as I am except be a little lighter after...
