I recently bought a Series iii pickup (manufactured 1975 and first registered 1980) and the chassis number has a 911 prefix, ie a petrol model. It's not though, it's a diesel and the DVLA have it listed as a diesel. It's not a 300 tdi conversion or anything like that, it's a 2.25 original series...

Hi everyone, I'm just on the cusp of buying a D3 or D4, but still not sure what would suit the family's needs most! Have been a huge fan for a long time, owned a couple of Freelanders, but completely all in with the Discovery's now.......just got to make that decision now!
