Found problem thanks,HT lead broken inside the cap so not sitting on plug nipple tightly.

Hi all,been out in the Derbyshire snow enjoying myself and all was fine V8 disco 2 running beautifully until engine man light came on and she started running rough.Then eng man light started flashing and I could hear a sort of knocking noise from the engine I think. Got back home light still on...

Plus if you do it through your insurance you'll only pay excess it was £75 on my ins and you don't loose your no claims.

Had mine done couple weeks ago.I do not think its a diy job tbh.Its bonded and you need special equip to remove it and all the solvents and gear to fit it correctly.

Yeh you hear a lot of quotes saying "equivalent to double mpg!"' it is a good saving 1-if you get a LR already gassed up or 2-your doing big milage; like you say.
