have a 1950 80” petrol Land Rover The engine and gearbox are shot but I have a series 3 Diesel engine and a series 2a gearbox. Due to the lack of funds I’m thinking of replacing the original engine and gearbox with the above. Has any one done this or can any one offer some advice. Regards
