What is the correct way to bleed all brakes after renewal of the pipes master cylinder.

Has anybody had any issues with terrafermas panard rod . Been in for not.and failed because of the joint. Been checked and all that can be seen is not the ball end but the bolt is slightly.slightly smaller.so making the rod moving .just wondering if I am the only one

After fitting new radiator.water pump.thermostat. I remover the twin fans that were on. Now it seems to be running hotter.3/4 on tenp gauge. Would it help buy removing thermostat. Or will it be ok. Any suggestions.
