Hi did you get to the bottom of this as I have same thing on my 2009 2.4 puma 90

New so please be kind, I have a 90 puma 2.4 2009. My rear heated screen relay went so I replaced it but now my main head lights, wipers, windows rear wiper don’t work can anyone help please I use as my daily so need to sort ASAP.
