Hi paul I have exactly the same problem on my 2010 hse. Did you manage to fix it The only difference is we had a new battery fitted and I'm wondering if there is something in the ECU that is stopping them working

Hi I'm having a similar problem on my 2010 hse. Both heated seat switches light up but no heated seats. ALL fuses ok. The only thing we have had done is a new battery fitted about 6 months ago. Any help would be appreciated, it's doing my head in now
