A big thank you to you who replied, replaced the air filter, oil & oil filter along with the fuel filter & has now PASSED

Help has anyone got any ideas for the following; my S Reg Freelander 2.0l Diesel L series has just failed its MOT for excessive smoke emissions :mad:
