Hi, i have had the exact same thing on two of my disco's now and both times it turned out to be the front anti roll bar rubber mounts (td5 with ACE), dirt cheap but make sure that you get the ones for an ACE equiped car as the non ace anti roll bars are thinner. Hope this helps:D

Hi no these heads use a different casting, the metal around the injectors is roughly twice as thick as on landrovers own heads, if your near to them i would recomend going to see them and you can see the quality for yourself. regardsMatt
