Thanks guys, yes the bit that is broken off is not present i.m afraid, so will try and make a new pice up to weld back on, cheers

Hi, the bonnet hinge bracket (the bit that is fixed to the windscreen and into which the bush slides) has snapped off and is unable to retain said bush. I believe they are welded on? Any ideas on where I can get a replacement or do I need to salvage one from the scrappy?
