Nope, I havenot got TD5 yet. Still looking for the right one or should I just stay away from it?

I saw on the net, 2003 Td5 280000km for AUD15k and 2000 Td5 185000 for AUD15k. Which one should I go for? I heard 2002 and above is more reliable as the have steel dowel already.

is it hard to install them?

I saw a Disco 2 on the net but its only 5 seat and i need 7 seat. Is it possible to add these 2 back seat? Are they just direct bolt on? Are they legal?

What are the common problem with Td5 pre2002 and post 2002?

Back was x-rayed and fine but she is getting bad headache now and then. Doctor said nothing to worry but we keep eye on it. Hopefully nothing major. FL was written off by the insurance and now thinking of getting a Disco :D

After nearly 4 years surviving on Radiator Stop Leak, our beloved FL 01 finally RIP when it was hit by a Tram. (fyi: misus drove it :doh:) I know it has been a while since I post a thread in FL section but you all have been very helpful in sharing information regarding FL troubles and fixes...

Mine is V6 and only has one which the one inside the tank. It cut off when the fuel is low. Removed the fuel pump under the passenger seat, gave it a good clean using petrol and so far no more problem. It wasnt hard thing to do, just make sure you open the fuel cap to release the pressure.

can you please find out how they reset it? my friends 1.8 has the same prob. maybe just need to be reset like yours

dont worry it will go when its ready to go...just be patient :D

Happened to my KV6. Wrapped the wire on to seat body using sticky tape solved the prob.

I have a flame trap but no i dont install it. I just put the catch tank. I think it does the job perfectly...
