i think it has to be first registered before a certain year. 1st january 1973 according to Exemptions from paying vehicle tax : Directgov - Motoring i think a tax exempt landy would be good. itd be £100 less to give away to the government each year.

thanks for your help. id looked at a 90, but being only 20 the newer the landy the mpre money il have to spend and being form NI ill need all the money i can get for insurance.
