After checking all the injectors on the rail for the third time suddenly one injector was leaking and the pressure went down when closing . This only at 2 to 2.3 bar. At lower pressure no problem. I ordered a New one, so I hope problem is solved.
Had the injectors out to clean, with the fuel rail out I checked the fuelpressure, it was only 2.3 bar even not enough to get a good injector image.So I ll have to find that problem first like leaking injector, bad fuel filter, bad pump
I took off all injektors today and bought an injektor cleaner tool next week I ll start cleaning and do the Electric measuring.
I also read the resistance of the injektors is 16 ohm.I hope you can check that on your injektors , thans in advance
After cleaning inlet , controlvalve and t pos sensor there was no charge.
Now after a few weeks it won t start properly any more.It runs bad for 5 seconds and then stops. In these 5 second the engine shakes as if the timing is completely wrong and also gives a rich petrol smoke from the exhaust.
It is a gems year 1994
I ll start to check control valve and throttle pos sensor , it has not been apart for 10 years and check all vac hoses.I don t think it is a petrol issue.when it runs it runs good
Maybe 15 to 20 seconds. I never wait that long I put it in gear and try to drive sometimes it works , most of the times after thee times.when the car is in the hot sun it takes longer
