I also would like to know as i am not convinces that my fans arent working either, especially after waiting in not just one tailback but three in one day!! Engine very hot upon getting home but dash display never went above half way

Probably in the wrong area for this thread....but i have only just noticed that hippo is missing one vital pipe on the a/c....at first i thought it was an outlet pipe.....but now i know better....it is the pipe that comes from the condenser (middle of the radiator area) and goes to the top of...

So looking at my vin, it looks as though the wrong part is indeed in the car.....now to go and source the correct part....

The car is a 52 plate (2003) and the pump was replaced I am sure like for like....and it still reads the same.....is there something I have missed and is it something blatantly obvious.....how many different sender/pump units are there???

My freelanders 1.8 litre petrol gauge shows full when empty and empty when full....has anybody else had this issue???? Is it an easy and cheap problem to solve.. already swapped out the petrol sender unit and still same fault...
