Just bought a well looked after 02 TD4 Freelander. Came with a bill of £300 for new discs and pads. Had to stop on way back from buying it as front brakes practically seized on. Gallons of water later, still wanting to bind so continued journey hardly using brakes. Is this common, possibly...
