Hello I own a 1996 Discovery. Like many other owners, mine suffers with the rusting front bumper (only used on school runs). I've stripped it down and repainted a couple of years ago, but the rust has come back. Now it badly needs sorting again. The obvious answer to me seems a plastic cover...
