Neither the driver or passenger seat alarm when no belts on, however the drivers seat warms and cools as normal.

Any ideas where to start

Hi All, I've had a look in the search section but can't find anything like my issue. Basically the passenger seat fan kicks in on heat or cool but the stops after seconds, the dash indicator looks like it's working fine. Any help on what to check or how to strip and check much appreciated...
