    No battery light - no lights at all! They used amp meter I think! Put one part on battery then other on alternator

    Hi Had our Freelander for a number of years now and it's been really reliable until this week. Broke down on the way home and RAC came out and advised that it had a faulty alternator. Bought new alternator and new battery, fitted and started like a dream. Drove down the road, less than a mile...
