Thank you both for responding so quickly. Yes it is that light. Both the battery & alternator have been renewed, perhaps a couple of years ago, so i'll try to find out when & take it from there. In the meantime i'll charge the battery & see what happens.

Have a warning light in the centre of the dash that flashes with a 9 times bleep when opening the drivers door having just unlocked it. The light is shown on dash photos but there is no reference to it anywhere!!! Thank you
