Hi all my passenger side central locking has failed, is it a big job to replace? Not very mechanically minded but I'll have a go so any tips greatly appreciated.

Hi all, my rear wiper has packed up on my 2009 hse FL2 there is power to the motor, but my mechanic mate says it seems to be permanently live even with all switched off which he doesn't think his correct, any advice is much appreciated
