Hi, Colin Higgins, Seems like you have a wide experience on cold start problem... I've faced same issue last winter.. Exactly same symptoms: first it wouldn't start 20-40 minutes than easily start with a cloud.. I'm going to list what I have done maybe you would recommend smth... Changed 1)...
