I have a disco front axle I fitted to my 90, and I was wondering if I was to fit a steering damper in the usual defender way using a conversion clamp (pic attached) and still keep the damper behind the axle that the disco axle has would that be a bad idea? Any advice appreciated

Cheers for that I did notice a few red crimps in the supply cable so it’s clearly been buggered about with. I think I might just run new cables to it

The stalk doesn’t seem to be the issue as I used a bit of cable to mimick the stalk by connecting the live and the cable to wiper motor and the voltage went down to 0

What lb/ft would be reccomened

Ok after a quick google it’s down the hub centric / nut centric. So my next question is will it do any damage to my 90 if I keep the new wheels on

Just had a set of BFGoodrich tyres and hubs fitted to my Landy and I’ve noticed the centre hole on the hub does not fit snuggly round the (I think it’s half shaft) could any one advise. I’ll put before and after pics Thanks for your help in advance
