The LR I am meant to look at today is advertised as an ES , but they have just told me that it was originally brought in from South Africa and that the spec is not ES .They only found this out when they contacted a dealership with the details off the plate ,as they bought the LR themselves only...

Just been chatting to a sales chappie , he tells me that I REALLY should look at a 300TDi as the 2.5 TD5 engines are prone to problems . Oh yes forgot , he just happens to have a Tdi for sale .

Been out looking at looking at a few over the weekend , I have to say there is some crap out there but wiith prices that dont reflect the condition of the vehicle. I've also made the mistake of sitting in a Range Rover .............:confused: This is worse than buying shoes .....

I am looking at buying a Discovery TD5 but getting a little confused as to the spec on various models . Im only looking at a having a 2000-2002 model , but can anyone tell me is there any real difference between the ES, GS and XS .:confused:
